About Dineane
Welcome to my blog! I’m hoping I can help, at least a little, if you are facing separation and divorce. I’ve been divorced for over 10 years from my daughter’s father, and I thought my second marriage had reached it’s end a few years ago. That’s when I joined a local divorce/separated support group. Ironically, I credit my participation in that group with helping get my marriage back on track. I needed a life! I needed some fun! Helping myself definitely helped my marriage, and helping others get through one of the most difficult times of their life has been hugely rewarding.
I am certainly no expert. I don’t have any legal advice at all! My first divorce was very amicable (I can say that positively now, after seeing some really horrible situations members of my group have experienced!) and we did not even use a lawyer. I have come to believe that the faster you move on with the emotional healing, the less horrific the legal aspects will be.
